Charles is deeply committed to delivering quality healthcare at an affordable cost across Africa. His personal mission is to collaborate with like-minded professionals and forward-thinking enterprises to bridge the healthcare gap between Africa and the global West. A pharmacist by training, Charles brings over 24 years of experience in business development, people management, and organizational change. He honed his expertise at Switzerland-based Roche Pharmaceuticals, where he held various leadership roles before transitioning to entrepreneurship as the founder and Managing Partner of Pharmasybiosis Ltd. Charles has a proven track record in corporate strategic growth planning, the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the execution of business ethics across multiple countries, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding operations in key markets such as Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and Ivory Coast. Currently, Charles leads Pharmasybiosis, a fully African-owned pharmaceutical marketing company with a presence in 22 African countries. He is also a co-founder of a local pharmaceutical manufacturing company, contributing to the advancement of Africa’s healthcare industry through local production and distribution. Charles’ leadership, vision, and commitment to ethical business practices continue to drive impactful growth and innovation in healthcare across the continent.
